How the Index Works (Reference)
- A day has 86,400 seconds.
- With a 30s cycle, there are up to 2,880 rounds per day.
- Index = floor(seconds_since_00:00 / 30) + 1
- Period = YYYYMMDD + '-' + index (padded to 4 digits)
